Hi all can anyone tell me if I can shower and wash my hair the day after injections ty

I have had 69 to date but never received that advice/warning. Often I will shower within 12hrs of an injection.

Same as me 65 injections over 6 years never told not to shower or wash hair and never been a problem but generally it's been 12 hrs since inj before first shower.

I have been told to avoid water in eye for a few days. I do shower and wash hair but wear goggles and keep my eye shut !!

I've never been told anything about this. However, since having cataract surgery a couple of years before the AMD, I always wash my face before getting into the shower and stand with my back to the shower to avoid getting water in my eyes. I really hate getting water in my eyes, it is so sore.

I have been advised to wait 24 hrs after injections to wash my face or take a shower. I used wet wipes for my face.

I wash my hair the day of my injection , so it stops it from getting too crappy, then Ishower about 24 hours after jab very carefully, and avoid water on my face completely. Wash my hair about five days later. Better to be safe than sorry.
