Guys, there's a book currently free to download from Amazon - Blind Faith by John Crittenden. 'He was able to reverse md through diet and nutrition'. May be baloney but may also be worth a read.

Hi forum readers.

Just be a bit careful about your expectations. I am sure some of the suggestions in the book are sound, but from a medical viewpoint, there is still no cure for macular degeneration; although scientists are getting there and have been making good progress. Good diet, not smoking, protecting your eyes from the harmful effects of the sun and trying to keep generally healthy will help slow down the progress of macular degeneration.

Please see our booklets on 'Nutrition and Eye Health' and 'Protecting your Eyes' at the following link; macularsociety.org/How-we-h...

Best wishes
