Sounds like you need a blue light filter for your computer or at least a pair of glasses tinted to filter out blue light.

Hi Peediedj,

If you are concerned about changes in your eyes, I suggest you get an optometrist at an optician to check them over.

Holly's suggestion of getting some suitable spectacles for computer work may be helpful.

Please see our booklet 'Protecting your eyes' at the following link;

Taking regular breaks from your PC for 5 minutes every half an hour may also be helpful.

Best wishes

You definitely must see optician or similar. You may also find like me that you do not produce enough tears, so the blurring comes from this. Ask about Artificial Tears eye drops at your Optician when you go for your appointment?

It is on Amazon,....but don't worry this is not

Spray it under your tongue and in 10 minutes it is on your

macula.

Lutein,.............. is founf in leafy greens like Spinach,(I eat a kilo a day

and

Zeaxthin,......... is the yellow found in eggs,....so there is no probs, as it is only food stuuff.
