Reconnecting with people who have tested positive for Covid

Hello I was diagnosed with Cll in 2015 and started on Ibrutinib in 2018 with good results for the CLL but some side effects I can live with.

My question is in regards to family and friends who have tested positive forCOVID with a mostly manageable illness

When their quarantine is finished and stay at home orders for the general population is lifted is it now safe to be around them

Thankyou
