Hi everybody,off for a bit of convalescence for a couple of days so,will turn my computer off[only going to my friends].Fortunately for me they have a pool and it has come just at the right time for me as my joints are really playing up so,I hope swimming will help ease the aches and pains,can but try.Stay well everyone.
