Abdo pain and shortness of breath

Hey guys I'm sure I am in a flare at the moment with extreme tiredness, joint pains, headache and swollen glands however over the past few hours

I have noticed sharp abdo pain and shortness of breath like something

Is sitting on my chest- is this part of of a flare??

It can be but see your doctor to be on the safe side. I don't want to frighten you but had the same problem back in January and it turned out to be a Lupus related heart problem. I'm sure you'll be fine but its always best to check new problems asap. Much love xx
