The numbess has traveled now 2 my right foot every time i have my leg my toes goes numb, is anybody else had this

I have exactly the same feelings/numbness - I found that a massage sometimes helps to release the pressure on the nerves.

Neuropathy can be a bother.

Massage, water therapy, physio, movement (rolling ankles / pointing & flexing toes), walking : all good.
