is anyone having difficulty getting Blackrock 300mg hydroxychloroquine? My pharmacist has been great up to now but in last month can’t get any

Yes, I’m having the same issue with Blackrock Hydroxychloroquine 300mg. I now use an independent pharmacy who can usually get hold of it within two days but this month haven’t been able to source any.

Thanks for posting, it’s helpful to know it’s not just me, hopefully whatever the issue is, it will be sorted soon.

I’m still waiting on my Blackrock 300mg this month which is a real worry. I’ve already altered my dose from 200 mg because Blackrock weren’t producing it, I’ve tried all the other brands but Blackrock is the only one I can tolerate so I don’t know how I’ll cope if it doesn’t come back into stock soon. Hydroxychloroquine makes a real difference to my quality of life, I dread to think where I’d be without it.

Thanks to you both for responding it does help knowing others are experiencing same difficulty-I’m in NI so usually Brexit gets blamed. Also have probs with other brands trying to take Zentiva from today a 200 then a 400 but already feel stomach upset -so frustrating

I've been in touch with Blackrock this week and they said there had been a short supply of the 300mg tablets for the last couple of weeks, but they are available again now. This should hopefully mean supply will go back to normal levels soon as that supply is distributed.

Yes marmorange, i too am having problems with getting 300mg hcq. I've still been advised to try to manage on a lower dose while distribution gets back to normal. Until then my local boots pharmacy can't order it here in the South West. I did email Blackrock who said supplies are coming this week. Its hard when its so close to Xmas and we so rely on this drug don't we?. I hope you can get yours soon. Xx

It's the same with Zentiva, that seems to be hit and miss when you get it, it really stresses me out in tears, I dread my script going in each 4 weeks! x
