Hello everyone, haven't posted in a long while, I have a perpetual left deep left pelvic hip pain don't know if it's fibromyalgia or sciatic nerve. Recently I have been having headaches at the back of my neck and the wrist pains have shifted to my upper arms. How do I tackle this not a fan of steroids i prefer to go alternative with herbs and spices.

You really do need medical advice, please do either see your GP or contact your Rheumatologist if things are changing for you in that way. Even just for an evaluation, so you know what is happening - then you can decide to do what you’d prefer to do from there. At least you’ll have answers. I know taking prescribed meds aren’t the preferred way for you, but if you are suffering, at some times, (sadly) it’s the only option.
