What do people do when their in a flair

I'm sure I have enthesis in my knee and ankle and I'm in quite a bit of a flair today. Do I keep having a go at walking or rest on the bed .the underside of my foot is killing me walking on it.And it's gone into my knee

This is so worrying to me also guts playing up.

when I am in a flair, I have to rest as the fatigue hits me really bad x

Mine start off not bad in a morning.then couple of hrs feet go cold. Then red hot at night. U get this ribs get sore through wobbling About.br cause of knee and ankle can't walk far
