Extreme ragged breakage

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone has experienced ragged, short breakage across the front of their hair that did not grow back without treatment or a number of years?

2 years ago this happened and it has not grown back yet. I also have some breakage at the crown (not balding) for 4 yrs and it has'nt grown an inch either. Also my hair has thinned out by about 45-50% over the last 10 years of pain, immobility, fatigue/exhaustion, transient joint and muscle, bowel issues, numbness in hands/fingers, swelling in feet and hand, rashes, light sensitivity....I could go on. The most they have diagnosed is Fibromyalgia but I know there is more going on.

In the last 2 yrs I have extremely dry mouth, eyes, throat and back of nose with unexplained stuffy nose and constant mucous running and congealed behind my nose and in my throat...

ANA comes back negative but did have one recently 1:80 with Sjogrens pattern then had another negative.

Just feel like I am getting no where and have lost 10 yrs of my life isolated and locked away indoors..

after going carnivore my limp hair is now standing straight up. fibromyalgia gone except for restless legs now intermittent since taking vit b1 and multi b. I followed d'armo diet then tweaked it until i ended up with carnivore. I am o positive . my friend, who is blood type A, has amazing results with raw fruit and veg nuts and seeds. I also had an attitude change saying to my symptoms and feelings. "ok i hear you, thank you for being there, now i want yu to meet my new friends hope and curiosity to help us out. then I listened to EVERYTHING that came to me, especially when my mind was quiet and still. sounds weird i know but heh i worked for me.
