Lupus on T.V.

Thanks for heads up on Virgin River and Lupus. Check out the U.S.series 'House' with Huw Laurie. Almost every series had at least one mention of Lupus. Like you guys I would shout out loud at the TV. So good for Lupus to get a mention.

I was delighted that Lupus was mentioned but perturbed at how immediately they considered the diagnosis? In the real world years down the line many of us still haven’t got a definitive diagnosis. The other thing was the cost of private healthcare 😦. Thank God for our NHS xx

Doesn't he say its always Lupus? It's a well more well known in the US then over here.

Yes I saw the episode and was pleasantly surprised, you are right about House also who mention Lupus often.

I wonder if anyone has ever seen the Good Doctor which is fantastic , they also talk of Lupus .
