Sorry....Has anyone had these and were they ok. I usually have Zentiva which suits me but one or two others (most) don’t.

The ipca brand is from India. It has the exact same ingredients as Bristol brand..so if u can't tolerate the Bristol hydroxy or quinoric u won't tolerate those either.Apparently the govt in the UK bought extra supplies of hydroxy at the beginning of the pandemic so that we wouldn't run out..this was when hydroxy was being seen as possible treatment for Covid 🌈😽😽xx

Thank you crazykat. I don’t tolerate Quinoric so I’d better get back to the Chemist. They do their best but that’s all they can do. Has anyone found a happy substitute for Zentiva ? I’m thinking of not taking it till they are able to get it. I wonder if that would be a disaster.

I think that will be best for u..after all if it was quinoric you'd have to return it wouldn't u? I'm not sure about skipping hydroxy 🤔I wouldn't that's for sure..even when we tried reducing it I went into a flare pretty quickly!! 🌈😽😽Xx

Yes Bones, they are the same as Quinoric, I didn't realise until I felt ill - you had better get back to the chemist, take care x

Morning bones-bones I had this brand and they were OK for me. I'm lactose intolerant and this brand does not contain lactose where as some of the other brands do. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you for all your help. I contacted my chemist . They say Zentiva is totally unavailable anywhere. They can only get hold of Quinoric and this one (Ipca) so all I can do is have a go and see if I can tolerate it. If not I have to contact the Chemist again. Hey ho !
