Zentiva shortage again

Hi everyone I just wondered if anyone else is having problems getting hold of Zentiva brand Hydroxychloroquine again. My pharmacy has been trying to get it for me for about a month with no success. Is it to do with Brexit maybe? Or just my pharmacy? Must be just me as no response so I ll just have to wait it out. 👍

I just did a search for hydroxy and your post came up.

I ordered hydroxy from my surgery about 2 weeks ago and they said they couldn't get it.

I've now completely run out.

I've put another request in - online - with a message from me.

I've had problems with them in the past.

Luckily I know the head pharmacist and she usually emails me to sort anything out.

Basically when this happened before, they told me over and over it wasn't available and then they told me that it had stopped being made.

Through this site and LUPUS UK I found out this was rubbish, it was still being made. So I went back to the pharmacy and told them what I had found.

It turned out to be their supplier who was lying to them. They did eventually get it in for me.

So, here I am again in the same situation.
