I really liked the article below - not so much for what it says about Covid-19, although that is interesting, but because it gives a really good explanation of how the immune system works, which I have never properly understood.

Interesting winterswimmer I also read that with covid if its not beaten swiftly it's actually your immune system that causes the damage in prolonged cases.👍
After reading that I now have a vision of our lupus immune system......cells with legs ,arms pulling hair out and a pained expression running around like headless chickens screaming attack everything

In my opinion iv immunosuppressants could help calm down the immune system but at what stage Of the virus l have no idea. I’m on low dose pred as a maintenance dose
