I really liked the article below - not so much for what it says about Covid-19, although that is interesting, but because it gives a really good explanation of how the immune system works, which I have never properly understood.

Interesting winterswimmer I also read that with covid if its not beaten swiftly it's actually your immune system that causes the damage in prolonged cases.👍

In my opinion iv immunosuppressants could help calm down the immune system but at what stage Of the virus l have no idea. I’m on low dose pred as a maintenance dose

💐GOSH, please: the more the merrier ❣️ When I happen upon SERIOUSLY accessible, solid info on these complex subjects, I’m tempted to post about it once a week for a while so more folk get a chance to notice the posts...& it’s always good to share related/crossover discussion threads cause gives more input from more folk...this article is so great, it got me subscribing to The Atlantic - been tempted for years, but this COVID switch to tele hospital appts etc is giving me more time at home for reading & thinking, so...👏👏👏👏
