Shielding letter and gov most vulnerable registration

Hi. II have had two shielding letters, (one from my consultant and one from my GP.) I have tried to register online and then rang the number to register. It is saying my NHS number is not recognised. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes. I did!

I was able to register online by ticking the ‘letter not received’ box (or words to that effect). For some reason, it then allowed me to register - using the same NHS number 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

I had problems registering initially

After 3 weeks they rung me. They had my correct NHS number.

I think it’s such a large undertaking that it’s taking a bit to sort it all out.
