Still no date 😠

I was promised a phone call with new date for rectocele repair operation by today 🙄 After planned op for 15/01was cancelled only a couple of hours beforehand, I returned home angry, frustrated and very stressed. I went into full Lupus flare and the mouth ulcers still haven't all healed 😠😠 Then today I awoke with sticky sore eye which I have been bathing in cool boiled water. If problem still remains in the morning I shall be visiting chemist for drops.

I am just so dam fed up, its 1 thing after the other 🥴 If I am recovered on Monday I will be phoning the Gynae ward and letting them know I am not happy with not be kept in the loop. I deserve a date. Wish me luck 🍀

I’m so shocked that they haven’t even phoned or tried to reschedule. It’s so traumatic to be messed about with in this way. I take it you’ve tried phoning the hospital to remind them you exist and tell them how anxious this is making you feel?

Re eye - you might want to see an optician because they are so much better with eye care than pharmacists or GPs.
