Hi, i had a couple last year (2019) . They took around 6 months to kick in and the effects started to show in September last year. I was so pleased and happy in september as the results were fantantastic. I was told it could last a few months to a few years. I believe the effects are now starting to wear off and I have an appointment soon.
Sadly my infusions were part of a trial so, although they worked well for me albeit not for a huge length of time, i may not be able to get any more.
I don't remember experiencing any side effects. Good luck x
I had my first infusions of rituxan last month and have high hopes that it will control my swelling and random joint pain. I live in the U.S. and just received a bill for one of the two treatments-- almost $60,000! (£45800?) That's nearly 3X my annual wage. Thankfully, I have insurance that covers most of it.
Thank god we have the nhs. My granddaughter has come home from the hospital with 40;packets of tablets, and tha’s only for a month. Hope your infusion works, my granddauighter has had 2 , so now it is just a waiting game
