Hiya, I have 2 days at work this week, Wed & Thurs where I am working from 8:30am to 9pm and on my feet all day long! I work for a college and these are opening evenings where we spend the whole time talking to new students and parents who are looking round, so I can’t sit down and it’s non stop all day! Normally after these days (luckily only twice a year) I end up not being able to walk or put any weight on my hips or ankle joints on the Friday! Im planning to keep walking around a lot, as I find standing in one place make the pains worse! And I’m also going to come straight home and have a warm bath to help ease the pain for the next day! Do any of you have any tips for ways to help prevent the pain/ how to deal with them! I’m up for trying anything! Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks
Becky xx
