Really not feeling myself at all 😢. This is the first time I’ve really pushed my boundaries for the sAke of my children. I think it’s fair to say it was far too much and the weather is making me feel so much worse

Still I will relax as much as possible today

Take today and tomorrow and everyday until you feel better, lightly and try not to judge yourself for not being your old self. Do a little at a time, nap in the fields and play cards or low energy games. It can be both an enjoyable yet relaxing holiday. Hope steroids are waiting for you when you return!

Hi K, I was so sick yesterday evening. I think the driving triggered pain and the pain triggered fatigue and sickness.

My daughters did the barbecue last night 😊

I keep seeing pretty butterflies and I think of them as my support group right here by my side xx

Wish I were there, Lisa! I loved the camping part of bike and canoe trips when I was young. That photo reminds me of the wonderful feeling of waking up inside the tent.

I know exactly what you mean about driving, LL. I used to think nothing of driving 250 miles a day but now I have to stop and snooze between my sister's house (in the Cotswolds, where we were brought up!) and home in Bristol, just 40 miles in distance😟.

I hope you recover enough to enjoy the rest of your stay in the countryside.
