Hi everyone. Someone said they are using olive leaf extract and have since been much better with regards to arthritis inflammation and stomach problems. Has anyone used this and how do you find it. Is it helpful. Any info will be appreciated as I am really not good on starting new things when it comes to my health especially supplements. Thanks. X

Olive leaf extract
Hi Pipido36 ,
As with all supplements and complementary therapies I would recommend that you discuss this with your doctor before trying it. They can then advise you about any potential side effects or interactions with other treatments that you may need to be aware of.

Olive oil is good particularly virgin olive oil.
I love whole, pitted green olives with green pesto sauce.
Salty? Yes but great. I make my own green pesto olives by first rinsing the olives under running tap.
Gets rid of excess salty water.
Most supermarkets sell gourmet olives prepared and chilled but it’s cheaper to make your own.
Why use extracts when olives can be eaten as a food, freely available and sold in jars eg M&S, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco etc...
But extracts probably contain additives?🤔
Olives have known anti inflammatory properties and nice!
Hi, thank you very much for the info. I will try the method of rinsing them coz the salt always put me off. Thanks again. X
