Well after seeing specialist I have NOT got Lupus but he's confirmed I have Fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility.. Anyone who has ither and want to give me advice it would be much appreciated, got to make some changes I know. Especially at work 😑.. I'm glad I finally know and I can try to manage it. I'll be going for physio. What meds do people find helpful for pain that don't make u feel sick or drowsy? Xx

Hello, i have joint hypermobility and had alot of physio in the past for it. Can be really challenging when its causing pain but i just normally use paracetamol im not allowed ibuprofen due to stomach issues and i find putting an ice pack on my knees helpful when they are swollen and in pain. Hope this helps and you find some relief soon x

Thank you that's helpful to know.. Its hard to know which is causing the pain or if a combination of both fibomyalgia and hypermobility. Every joint the doctor touch was sore. I'll get there eventually 🙂
