Skin thickening??

Hi guys I see my ent who went back to lupus as he said I had a rash he could see across my nose

He also said that my swollen face looked more like skin thickness rather then swelling he checked up my nose and is sending me for a scan to double check. Anyone else had this ?

He said I definitely had inflamed lymph nodes in my neck which have now gone down and that’s typical of lupus to and would suggest it’s not from sarcoidosis?

Anyone else experience anything like this or have any opinions I would appreciate it. x
