Another year, another starting feeling very poorly 😔. Wish I could be pregnant,, the only time I’ve felt really well in 5 years 😰

Just a bad day, hands and feet are so painful, skin rashes on face, legs & hands. Up all night struggling to swallow. Legs giving way walking up stairs just feel like a mechanical human mess up!!!!!

Feeling depressed, NO just wish I could rewinde 5 years and be pregnant again, for 9 whole months I felt amazing, I remember clearly how well I felt and wish that was me again.... my hormones are seriously a key to my struggles and symptoms, I want those female functions to be gone in hope of some respite !!!!

Sorry for the off load it’s just a bad day and another year of feeling awful 🤮

Hormones triggerd mine .had horrible pregnancies.blood clots .i only got really ill later in life .seems we are all different.i think this is part of the problem.i believe diet really helps .x

My diet is so poor as I just don’t have the energy to cook most days x

You do not sound like your symptoms are under control at all. What happens when you say have trouble swallowing? Have you mentioned that to your doctors? I hope you get on some medication that helps you in 2019.

I’m at the hospital on Friday , just feels like torture some days. Stuck in a body that feels like poison most days 😔x
