SLE - sweating - cold hands and feet - red around cuticles

Now the heatwave is over, I'll be the only gal in town with an all-over body sweat. My hands and feet are always colder, but still sweaty, and around the cuticles is swollen and red: I'll add this into the possible-vasculitis mix next time I see a doctor. I've read very helpful posts that a broken body thermostat is SLE-related, and the wonderful feet factsheet from LUK. Any tips from hot Lupies on a temporary control for the dripping face? I've been going to job interviews looking like an extra from 'Trainspotting' (the deformed nose - possible GPA - adds to the allure) 😳Thanks, mo xxx

I have the same problem, my face and neck literally are dripping. I have tried various things , a tiny fan , witch hazel , wipes etc . Witch hazel helped a bit but didn’t last. The only other advice i can suggest is dressing in light clothing and drink lots of cold water or carry a fan as they do in spain !! Good luck with the interviews 🤞🏻
