what I should do?help..

from somedays I m getting back pain in my surface side.and it feels like warm.what should I do to don't feel like warm??if there is any home remedies??please sugest me. my arm is giving me such a pain I cant move out of my bed..even if I can,I should take some rest first as I know I have a disease like lupus so its normal to deal with pain....but how u people cope with this pain?? if anyone suggest me any advice it will be helpful.and I cant do regular excercise I cant walk so long time I get tired and feel dizziness so I stop to walk.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a lot of pain. Is your doctor aware? Are they able to adjust your treatment or pain medication to help?

I don't know I haven't talked about it with my doctor.but I need some advice and others suggestion so I post it on here as I know its a helpful site.

I would really urge you to let your doctor know if you are experiencing such severe pain. They may be able to make some adjustments to your treatment regimen to help, or refer you to someone else who can assist.

Hi ava97 like you i get a lot of back pain. So i am going to try a hot tub to see if that will help. It might help you too. With the warm water.
