Excruciating pain

Hi everyone miss yall☺☺☺ been along time now...as u all know my sister has sle..she on predisilone 20mg 7 tabs aday following alot of potassium.. i spoke to her doctor and he put her on a whole lot of vitamins tablets to see if her foot pain will go away its a month and over and its the same way.. she is having pain in her feet day and night..am giving her tramadol apart from her normal medications...it ease a little but not much....what i wanted to know is will she continue her entire life having this foot pain or in times it will gone???
