Wanting a diagnosis

Hi, I've just joined this group and feel frustrated with my health issues. 15 years ago was diagnosed with an under active Thyroid, prior to that was diagnosed with Gilbert's disease. Since November 2015 have had significant migraines and as a result of a MRI was told I have arthritis in my neck (previously same results for lower back). I have had to reduce my workings hours as can't work full time. If I don't recognise my triggers another migraine occurs. Been to Neurologist & Haematologist waiting to see Rheumatologist in November and hoping to get some answers to my pain, fatigue and brain fog....
