Hiccups

I am experiencing hiccups a lot lately; usually when I start to eat.

I thought it might be heart related as I can feel my heart flutter often. I take blood pressure medication. My b/p has been about 148/88.

I have extremely dry eyes at this time. I want to sleep but I can't.

Hoping someone might know more about why and what I might do.

Worth getting your hiccups checked out with your doctor, it can be the sign of something worth investigating.

Regular exercise helps to improve sleep quality. Exercise should be done at least a couple of hours before going to bed; otherwise the mind may be too active, making it more difficult to sleep.
