61yo. Female. Diagnosed " Juvenile Arthritis" age 5. Health problems during teenager years. Late 20's diagnosed MCTD. 30's brought SLE, Sjogren's Syndrome, Raynaud's Syndrome, sml stroke- causing profound deafness in left ear. Fibromyalgia, Bowel cancer(surgery+chemo)9y free,blah blah the list goes on. But amazingly through this am a half full glass type of person. Shona xxx

I only drop in here occasionally - the people here are great - its a good site.

On top of everything else !!!. Have you been tested for sticky blood. Antiphospholipid antibody (Hughes syndome) ? It can go with Lupus and can cause strokes.

I take small dose aspirin for it.

I'm feeling quite overwhelmed with all the good will. So many people welcoming me to the site. It's so nice to have people that are in the same boat. If I tell someone that I have Lupus they go cross-eyed, and say what's that. This site has everything!
