I have been on prednisolone for almost a year now and i recognised myself there.

Been there done that. I went up to a size 24 at one point. I was on 15mg per day and had been on that dose for some years

I have been off long term steroids now for 7 years and now back to size 10. So there's hope for everyone xx

Thank you for sharing this. I can't get below 15mg at the moment and I've gone from a size 8 to a size NOT 8 and I feel very self conscious. May I ask what other treatment you were on which helped reduce steroids? I have failed 3 DMARDS but not suitable for biologicals. I'm only on hydroxychlorquine.
