Hello Zarick,
I'm sorry to hear how bad you are feeling. It's hard to suggest anything but maybe if you can say what medication you are currently taking? And what else are you trying for your difficulties? Best wishes anyway x
Hi Zarick,
I'm sorry to hear that you are currently struggling. Have you discussed your treatment options with your doctor to see whether there may be any suitable changes that you could benefit from?
There are some non-medicinal ways that you can help to treat your pain. We published a blog article about this at lupusuk.org.uk/pain-managem...
Stress is often a trigger for lupus flares, so if you are constantly stressed it may be having an impact on how well you can manage your condition. We published an article on our blog about stress management that you may find helpful - lupusuk.org.uk/stress-manag...
Your memory problems sound like they could be linked to brain fog. We also have an article about this with some tips for managing it that could be useful for you - lupusuk.org.uk/coping-with-...
Hi, Glad to hear from you. Its difficult in the beginning to manage your condition. Please take note of what Paul and whisperit have said. As we know little about your situation it is difficult to help, however, be careful about putting personal details on the any site. Try to sit back for a moment look at the information on the site and see what applies to you. See what you can change to make your life alittle easier. It may be small things at first. But good to yourself. Pace your day if you can, it does help with brain fog. Try if you can to change form mental to physical to rest activites as often as possible to give your brain a rest. I know this isn't always possible with work or children, but see what you can do another day.
