Monthly cold.

Hello!

So for the past couple of months I've been getting a sore throat with a cough, feeling very weak and down. Its seeming to be every month that this happens.

Am I doing something wrong? Should I go see my doctor?

I have been doing the same. First ear, salivary gland. Then blisters on my arms and mouth ulcers PAINFUL! Now UTI. I haven't slept in three days, which is becoming my normal so I am weak, teary and just feel like giving up. I'm going to cut WAY back on my specialists and see if my GP and rheumy can handle most of this stuff. Been chasing answers for 30 years and I am tired! Sorry for rant and not helping. I'm just so sick and weak.

It's good to have a rant and get it out your system. Its just hard when there is no official answer. Not many people understand what it's like to feel like this day in and day out.

I hope you're on the mend soon though!

I have had frequent colds and chest infections. I have spoken to quite a few people I know and they have had the same and they aren't on immune suppression medication and don't have lupus, seems to be quite common at the moment.

I'm not on any medication at the moment. Just feeling ultra down but it's probably just the mix of weather at the moment too 😔

I'm sorry to hear that. This weather has been terrible. Hot one minute, cold and damp the next, roll on real summer and a bit of warmth to lift our spirits. Hope you feel better real soon. X
