Appointment appointment

I am really fed up that my appointments keep getting changed. Was meant to have one 27th Feb now got one 25th March . I had planned to talk about the arthritis pain at my appointment so now I've got to wait a whole extra month till March .

Hello. That's not good is it? Do you have a telephone number for your Rheumy's secretary? Could you phone and explain that you are suffering at the mo and need to see him/her sooner? Or do you have a Rheumy Nurse or Lupus Nurse telephone number for contact? Just a couple of ideas. Let me know. Wendy x

I don't have to see the Rheumy nurse anymore . It doesn't matter if you ring up and tell the Rheumy you need appointment they don't have any spaces. They are always double booking appointments

Only thing with gp is because I'm going my apprenticeship I don't get home till 4:30/5 . My doctor is never there after that time . So it would be another doc who doesn't know me

Oh LouLamb. I wish I could have had idea that might help. Such a pain for you that it's been postponed. Hope you have some pain relief that is working and make sure you keep a note of your aches and pains and what you are taking. Will help at appointment. Are you wearing good footwear to work to help with those aches and pains? x

I have a pair of Roshe one trainers that are really good for me . A lot better than my other trainers I have

Brilliant. Good shoes make a difference to our aches and pains when you are on your feet a lot - which I'm sure you are with your job. x
