If this 4th rheumatoid doctor isn't of any help - (I really hope he is) then try and get your hands on a Lupus Specialist. Or someone with multiple degrees and half a brain.
Sounds like you need to get some proper treatment. Perhaps harass your GP into doing some multiple referrals so you're not constantly waiting ?
I'm sorry its been such a fight to find a specialist when you're ill and run down.
