So after a month of herbs (40 pills a day) I've somewhat healed and feel great. Still working on the pancreas with Milk thistle. And also trying to figure out the red hot hands after i eat somtimes. Maybe the salts?... anyhow, Gaining my strength and energy back. Joined a boot camp and actually able to hang. Mood has improved as well as sleep. I'm happy. Totally looking forward to turning 34 on the 14th. ....oh besides what the Chinese herbalist gave me for a month, I also take coconut oil daily, Olive oil, Tumeric, ACV, Garlic and now Moringa everyday...... and now just waiting on my labs. Will keep you all in my prayers and will post again once my labs come back. STAY STRONG, DETERMINED. Follow your intuition. LUPUS nor any disease OWN YOU, FIGHT ......GOD BLESS YOU

I'm glad to hear that your lupus seems to be reasonably well controlled at the moment. I'd like to warn people about alternative and herbal treatments/supplements. Lupus is an incredibly varied condition that affects everybody differently, so what works for one person may not work for another, or could be potentially harmful. Many alternative treatments and supplements can potentially have adverse effects in lupus and/or interact with a number of medications. I would always urge somebody to discuss any with their doctor before starting them.
