Im new ... On my way to Rheumy for first time

Hi, I am getting checked out for Lupus at the moment.  Preparing for first Rheumatologist appt and would welcome any tips.

I have a history of allergies and food intolerances, migraines, gut issues (coeliac), lichen sclerosus and mood disorder.  In recent times I've developed severe fatigue, joint pain in hands and feet (worse on waking - can't use my hands), mild fevers, lymph nodes up, generally unwell and other niggling things like UTIs.  

My ANA is 1:640 and CRP is positive.  

What should I be doing to prepare for my first rheumatologist appointment?  Any tips?

Sit down quietly and make a list.  Go back as far as you can and give your Rheumy your list.  Otherwise you might forget some important factors.
