Ive been to see my doc he said lupus wasn't active then two days later I got an email saying it was very active dose anyone else get good bloods reports when feeling bad and when I feel good they are bad

My Rheumy once said that there can be a lag. You're bloods can improve before your symptoms improve.

This happens all of the time. The blood markers which are measured are not very reliable and there is often quite a lag between how any given set of blood tests say you ought to be and how you really are. When you are testing for inflammation rather than infection it isn't a simple case of "Look, there's the virus in the blood, you have got X, Y or Z". It is more like "Well.........your ANA level is X, you might be experiencing some inflammation...... or possibly not....... or possibly........etc., etc".
