SLE/Fibromyalgia I HATE YOU!

Hi There

I'm new to this community and hope to gain help, guidance, support and most of all new friends who share these conditions.

I'm still learning to live within the physical/mental confines these illnesses shackle us with and at times get so frustrated with myself; I forget I'm no longer able to live in the ways I'm used to.

Anyhoo I hope you're not having too bad a day and thank you for reading. ✋

Hi and sorry you need to be here but as you do happy you are.

We can ,unfortunately, all understand how you're feeling but sharing and caring is a good distraction from the gloom.

you learn to get each day and do what ever you want to do on the good days . then on the bad you puss yourself as far as you can.

In the end your life is made up of bad spells. and good times.

you look forward to good times and do your best to get through the bad the best you can.

good luck.

Hi AutumnSun, welcome to the forum. Yes, these health conditions are frustrating & feel free to express yourself on here, I do. The members are supportive, empathetic, knowledgeable & caring. Shame I don't get that in real life but this forum is a blessing. I need some counselling so I can express myself in a safe space but due to my low income I can't afford it. I hope you find this forum helpful 😊

Hello magSLE. Thank you for replying. It's hard for those who have no knowledge of SLE to empathise with us and sadly very few take the time to find out about it. But thank heavens for forums like this.

I'm so sorry to hear you can't afford counseling, you should get it through the NHS, free! Really hope you manage to get something sorted out.

Sending you all my good wishes. You're not on your own.

Take good care

you could try look for your local group. Its sometimes easier to talk to people who are going through the same and can advise you better on locally what's on offer .

But you also can use this site for letting all your frustration out as well, not wanting to be the one bringing bad tidings. But they will come.

All I can say " is Life start here"

Take each day and enjoy it , make the most of the goods days and hope the bad days pass quickly.

I have been suffering from the same thing and I don't know what to do to shake it. I hurt every day and now it's like my body can't function without medicine.

Denise while its not good to read you're having so many problems, its good to know I'm not alone. Meds are part of my life now too, and needing seven different kinds just to feel normal is utter pants.

Sincerely wish you all the very best and hope you get relief very soon

Take care
