I am so confused. Diarrhea and stomach pain return.

I was diagnosed with Sjogren, some doctors say I have vasculitis, on occasion the doctor diagnosed me with APS, the hematologist say i have Raynaud's phenomenon, and several doctors tell me I have Lupus. It's actually very confusing because I don't know which of those diseases I have and which not. The treatment that was prescribed to me is hydroxychloroquine 200 mg, warfarin 5 mg but this week dropped me at 2.5 because the INR is at 2.9, Defalzacort 12 mg, and also I took Eutirox of 88 mcg because I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, not well which of the two I have. If you see everything is confusing. This week I had felt fine, so much that these days had raised me with energy to exercise me, but yesterday afternoon again had stomach pain and diarrhea and discomfort returned. Sometimes I'm diarrhea, the next day better and then come back after a couple of days or weeks later, ie come and go. Any advice? Someone has told you the reason why diarrhea or stomach upset occurs? It might be because your autoimmune diseases (whichever you actually have, whether vasculitis or lupus or APS) are not sufficiently controlled with the meds you're taking and they're causing inflammation. The inflammation seems to be in your digestive stystem given the discomfort that you're experiencing. But you need to see a gastroenterologist to determine the cause with certainty. I imagine you've had enough of doctors but recurrent diarrhoea isn't something to ignore.
