Sore swollen salivary glands, pain under the chin, painful bottom teeth

I have the above and as well as very hot and swollen cheeks, pain radiates into ears. This keeps coming and going and pain is getting worse. I have LSE and suspected mild Sjogren's. My dentist thinks my wisdom teeth may be moving but referred me to the oral health hospital, no idea about the waiting time or even if they will agree to see me. My GP e-mailed my rheumatologist for advice. Meanwhile I am in a lot of pain. GP gave me Naproxen for the pain, but so far it did not make much difference. Does anybody have any idea what I could do to improve it.

Thanks.
