Hi all, just coming out the other side of a nasty flare up, thanks to a steroid injection from my lovely doctor, and was thinking back about my dreams. During my flare up my dreams got very dark and horrible and was wondering if it is connected or normal for this to happen , or whether it is just coincidence . Any t bought?

Hi, I also have had a flare recently (and a steroid injection, thank goodness!) and had awful dreams too. I often have really horrible dreams when I'm feeling ill. Not sure if it's related but seems a little more than a coincidence! x

Yes, I noticed that whenever I am not well, or before I get sick, I have bad dreams. I feel really down after having them and they are the first sign that something is going on.

It is worth mentioning that I am not on steroids.
