Quick qhestion has anybody else felt like they have mild flu symptond but it doesnt get any worse just feel very fatiged and come out in brusies (again ) . My whole body aches and the burning headaches across my eyes just have to go to bed ...xx

O dear! Yes I feel like that a lot and unfortunately it is becoming more regular. I sometimes have to accept that on those days I don't get much done and have to rest, and yes even go to bed.

My advice? Rest when you feel you need to get on with your life when you can.

I feel like this much of the time. Noticed a period of easy bruising (beyond normal) and since discovered my white blood cell count had suddenly dropped around that time... don't know if relevant.

I am due to see Lupus Clinic in a few weeks for diagnose/or not.

I feel like this. I have stayed in bed all day. I am a Carer for my Dad who is 78 & has Parkinsons. I am 50 & have Haemochromatosis. I don't drive but between me & my sister we have to manage. It's just getting worse with my Dad. Sis & I are fraying away with it!

That is exactly how I am feeling today. Headache, painful joints and tired beyond belief! After 5 minutes of doing something must lay down for half an hour. Feeling frustrated. Xxx

I get this I come out in purple bruises they are not painful to touch but look very unsightly I have been tested for Lupus and when I saw a consultant he said it was because I took steroids I have COPD, its a pity he didn't talk to me before discharging me I would of told him this started before I was taking steroids

The flu like symptoms do come and go with me. Haven't figured out the common denominator yet so I can better with it. When I wake up in the morning I know if its going to be a good day pr a bad one. Like Talula says listen to your body - Rest when you need too, live your life when you can.
