Blood test lingo??

Hi all, i think I'm having a flare, pointless ringing clinic and to see a gp it's a walking clinic don't want to be sat their for 2 hours just for them to write me out a blood slip so I'm going to go to the walk in blood clinic on Monday and asking them for a blood test but what do they write on the slip I know it's the purple immunology slip and I know c3 and c4 needs putting down too, can any body help?? Thank u

You will need ESR, CRP, full blood count and U&Es (the latter show the kidney function). So sorry you're feeling rough.
