Would you be happy to share your experiences of claiming ESA as a case study?

As part of our partnership with ARMA (The Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance), we are looking for a few case studies of people who have claimed Employment and Support Allowance. This will help ARMA better understand the patient experiences of this process, and in particular of the Work Capability Assessment (WCA).

If you have applied for ESA and would be happy to complete a short questionnaire about your experiences for us to keep as a case study, please email paul@lupusuk.org.uk

All information provided will be kept anonymous unless you provide specific consent.

Thank you.
