I am on Warfarin since March. I used to take a lot of vitamins before the warfarin. I hear people talking about the value of Co Q 10.
Hi. Taking CoQ10 can lower your INR; so this may be an issue for you if/when you start taking it. I also have APS and take CoQ10, and was taking it for several years before I was diagnosed; I have found it very helpful in certain respects of my overall health. In my own case, I let my GP and rheumatologist know and have simply continued at the same dose of CoQ10 every day. Consistency, as with vitamin K in the diet, seems to be the key.

No supplements that contain Vit K my chemist got me a special Vit tablet that ,s for people on warferin I don't take anything with out seeking advice !!!
