Hi there, I've taken it for years and it's helps my temperature control. Used to suffer really badly day and night before. Before I took this I was fitted with a Mirana coil to stop heavy bleeding, it stopped my periods all together. Then I tried to go without it and haven't had a period since. Just started on a pain killers and pregabalin and one of those makes me go very warm after eating. Hope this helps x
Hi there I tried levonova coil but had non stop bleeding, because of my Lupus they refuse to give me a historectomi, I'v had the wall of my womb (scraped) and that helped. Had regular periods for about a year then on and off every 2-3 months, I don't mind the hot flushes it's the intens sweating. I'll give Livial a go then Sorry for going on a bit. Thank's Carolha take care
Have been taking livial for 15 years with no problems at all, doesn't seem to have any affect on my lupus either.
Hope this helps .
