Really struggling at the moment. Flare

Hi all

I am feeling very sorry for myself . I have lupus sle fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I often struggle to determine which of my conditions is kicking off as I don't have lupus with organ involvement so symptoms blend. However after a few days this time I have realised this is a lupus flare

I have all these problems and the fibromyalgia and chronic pain is the hardest to manage. Started on tapentadol month ago and think its really helping. It's a fairly new drug but my pain specialist said its had good results with fibromyalgia. Think he could be right. And at least it's one condition under control. Might be worth asking your gp if you can try it. Good luck
