Can't stand noise, smells are really strong especially chemicals, eyes hurt in bright light. Just want to curl up in a dark, quiet room

Is anyone hypersensitive to sounds, smells and light? Head is driving me mad with bad headaches and painful, numb scalp
When I am in a bad flare I am hypersensitive to sound and can't watch TV. However, daft as it sounds I don't like being in silence so I take to my bed and have the radio on it's lowest setting... No-one else but me can hear it's even on. I get headache all the time but don't know if this is because my Lupus affects the Central Nervous System. Smells aren't a problem but light is. I have a dimmer lamp by the side of my bed and have to avoid looking directly at light/light bulbs as it "imprints" on my vision.
morning! im the same even when im not in flare. this summer has been worst for me (I guess because last few summers have been wet?) I too wake with headaches that dull with ibrofen but never totally go. im currently looking into changing my light bulbs in my home as read on here that low energy and strip lights can cause problems?
smells; well im constanly smelling mould?!
I get pain on the right side of my head and short stabbing pains ocassionally.Light can be a problem.I avoid fluorescent lighting! Why that seems to affect people with Lupus I have no idea.Yes noise can drive me mad sometimes too.If more than one person is talking it seems to jar on my nerves.I thought I was going mad but it seems this strange disease has many facets to it.
Mine is really bad at the moment. Been on hydroxychloroquine for about 2 months now and I'm starting to think it may be that. Went to the chemist and was only in 15 mins max and I felt like my head was going to explode. It was raining when I left and the drops hurt my head so much I was glad to get out of it. I have scaliness on my scalp that goes red under fluorescent light and some lightbulbs and its sore yet numb to touch. I'm thinking I need to be referred to a neuro
some noises really difficult to be with - I can cope if I do the washing up - quietly but have to leave the room if someone else does it - especially my noisy Pa. Cutlery & crockery in particular have me wincing. Too much talking... I've always been sensitive to light, sound and smells, but now seems very particular and the light sensitivity is no longer just my eyes it's all of me and it doesn't just affect skin & scapl! I cover head and face when outdoors plus under halogen lights and fluorescent tubes. Trying to negotiate low lighting for a performance I'm due to give - can't talk with mouth wrapped up! When I first got caught by halogen on back of scalp it was so sore and tender.
There seem to have been improvements since taking Hydroxychloroquine
Mine started on Hydroxychloroquine. They've had to take me off it now cos light, sounds and smell senses were amplified that much I couldn't cope. Still have to Hoover with cotton wool in ears and lots of people talking grate on me but hey, that's lupus for you. Makes you totally loopy!!
Some times, I feel like a small lightening in my brain, when I hear a distant sound, of a door shut, metalic-sound of exercise equipment from nearby room of my flat. I am not sure when, but sure it is there, a twinkling in the brain..I am psychic. Some people make nasty remarks at me to insult and humiliate, they get hospitalized (Once three at a time) for typhoid or Sound-track infection. Some body meet with accidents, somebody's heart attack. For a long time, I was not knowing this at all. Is this make any sense?
