Lupus and ivf treatment

Hi is there anyone out there whose had or going through ivf treatment?

Hi I have had two successful rounds of fertility treatment. It was before I knew I had Lupus and the issue was not on my side (if that makes sense). Happy to share my experience if its any help.

That would be great. I'm on my first cycle ever. Doing the suprecur injections at the moment but I'm absolutely exhausted. Not sure if I should tell the nurse as I'm worried about the lupus flaring up.

I'm going to start IVF next month at UCLHospital. So glad to find someone that's going through the same. Are you on any lupus medication?

Yes I take hydroxychloroquine and aspirin. I've got sle and aps. I've also got a bicornuate womb which means it split so its like a heart shape so I am very worried.

Hi. I started IVF treatment almost 7 years ago and now have 3 children, 2, 3 and 6 - God has a sense of humour! I was only diagnosed with Lupus Jan of this year but I'm pretty sure I've had it for 4-5 years. I guess there are advantages and disadvantages with knowing. You have another concern to think about but also an explanation as to why everything feels so tough and you should be closely monitored. IVF is tough but did improve many of my relationships as a consequence, though I know it can work the other way. Happy to answer any questions if I can be of any help.
